WATER!

Now I'm sure you all know that water's important part in our life, we need it to cook spaghetti or to make ices for our iced tea drink, or just to water the garden because the flowers looks great.

Basically, even our body's made up by roughly 60% of water. That's lot, I'll say but how much water are you drinking daily? Not much probably. I've known several who actually hates the taste of water. I learned something new recently, in my class, the fact that people don't really consume water as much as the body needs. I have simple equation to find out how much ounces that you are needed to drink daily. And they are...

[your weight] x (.31).... this is for female but for male just multiply by (.35) instead of (.31)

Simple as it look, just grab water bottle and drink whenever during the day. When you feel thirsty, you are dehydrated. Love your body! Oh yeah, don't over drink water as well, there are such thing as Water Intoxication or known as Hyponatremia, too much water in your body system and too low sodium count. But you don't need to worry about this, this rarely happens to anybody, mostly often for marathon runner.

Don't forget to reuse or recycle the water bottle.
